At JoyeGlasses, every order is carefully prepared and checked before it leaves our fulfillment location. Please review this Shipping Policy before placing your order.

1. Order Processing Time

Processing begins after payment has been successfully received and all required order information has been provided.

Frame-only or non-customized orders:
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Prescription or customized lens orders:
These orders usually require approximately 5–7 business days for lens preparation and processing before dispatch.

Some complex prescriptions, specialized lens options, or orders requiring additional confirmation may take longer.

If we need clarification regarding prescription details, lens options, shipping information, or payment verification, processing may be delayed until the required information is confirmed.

2. Shipping Destination

At this stage, JoyeGlasses primarily ships to the United States.

We may add additional shipping destinations in the future. If your country or region is not available at checkout, we are currently unable to ship to that destination.

3. Shipping Method, Cost, and Delivery Time

For orders shipped to the United States:

Standard Shipping: USD $8.99
Estimated delivery time: 5–8 business days after dispatch

The delivery estimate begins after the order has been dispatched and does not include processing time.

For prescription or customized lens orders, the total time from order confirmation to delivery will generally include both the 5–7 business day processing period and the 5–8 business day shipping period.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, public holidays, remote delivery areas, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping From

Orders are fulfilled from our China fulfillment location.

This fulfillment location is separate from our registered business address.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after the carrier receives the package.

6. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

Orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges depending on the destination country or region.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.

JoyeGlasses is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or local import procedures.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

JoyeGlasses is not responsible for delivery failure, delays, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect the package, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

8. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be significantly delayed or lost, please contact us with your order number.

We will assist you in checking the shipment status with the carrier where possible.

JoyeGlasses is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs authorities, local postal services, severe weather, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

9. Multiple Items in One Order

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped together or separately depending on product availability, lens processing requirements, and fulfillment arrangements.

If items are shipped separately, you may receive more than one tracking number.
