Ordering
Can I order glasses without prescription lenses?

How do I provide my prescription?
Enter your prescription details during lens selection before adding your glasses to the cart. Please have your prescription and PD ready. If you need help, contact us before ordering.
Prescription Lenses
What do OD and OS mean?
OD means right eye.
OS means left eye.
Please make sure your prescription values are entered under the correct eye.
What is PD?
PD stands for pupillary distance. It measures the distance between the centers of your pupils.
PD helps position your lenses correctly in the frame.
What if my prescription does not have CYL or AXIS?
If your prescription does not include CYL or AXIS, you may not need astigmatism correction.
If a field is required, you may select 0.00 for CYL when appropriate. If you are unsure, please contact us before placing your order.
Do you offer progressive lenses?
Yes. Progressive lenses are available for customers who need distance, intermediate, and near vision support in one pair of glasses.
Please make sure your prescription includes ADD if you are ordering progressive lenses.
