Prescription and customized lens orders may require additional preparation before shipping because the lenses need to be prepared, checked, and fitted.

Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is $8.99.

Shipping costs will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Delivery Time

Delivery time may vary depending on your destination, local carrier service, customs processing, and seasonal shipping volume.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

Prescription Orders

Prescription eyewear may take longer than frame-only orders because each order needs to be prepared according to your selected lens options and prescription details.

Please make sure your prescription information is accurate before placing your order. If we need additional information, we may contact you before preparing your glasses.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details if tracking is available.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the package has been handed to the carrier.

Shipping Delays
